Trademarks: “Nouveau Games,” “Betski,” and related names, logos, and marks may be trademarks owned by Nouveau Games. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

If you submit or send us any content or materials (for example, messages, feedback, ideas, game concepts, rules, images, or other materials) (“Submissions”), you understand and agree:

  • Your Submissions are not confidential unless we agree in writing

  • You represent you have the rights to submit them

  • You grant Nouveau Games LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display the Submissions for any lawful business purpose, including developing, marketing, and improving our products and services

If you do not want to grant these rights, do not send Submissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nouveau Games’ total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months for Site-related transactions, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
