There are 49 cards in every Betski™ deck.

Each Betski card shows a combination of two numbers from 3-9 (mirrored on the bottom for multiplayer visibility):

Gold Number (left) — the number you use while the card is in your hand.

Silver Number (right) — the number that matters after a card is on the table.

Put simply: you play Gold Numbers onto Silver Numbers.

You may place a card from your hand onto a card on the table if your Gold number is:

Equal to the table card’s Silver number, OR
-
Exactly 1 higher than the table card’s Silver number

A Gold 3, which may be played onto:

Silver 3 OR Silver 9

NOTE: This exception “closes the loop,” allowing play to cycle cleanly from the highest value back to the lowest so the full card range stays playable.
